So, I put a zip tie on the end of the cable and ran my bike through it's complete rear travel and no issues with brake hose being stressed. Looks like it stays in place as rear end goes up and down.
That's a good point. I had my initial ride yesterday, mainly to dial in the suspension and make adjustments to my saddle and brake levers. I didn't encounter any issues, but didn't hit a lot of features. I will definitely pay attention and see if needs more slack. I have a little extra cable on...

Been running Shirgura brakes (MT7 Calipers/Saint Levers) for over 7 years and the MT7 Calipers don't play nice unless you use the Royal Blood mineral oil.
