Yeah, my shifter housing got chewed up before I even finished setting up the bike, those integrated cable routing headset is such a pain to setup. My advice, setup the dropper post first, hook it up with the lever and make sure it's working before inserting it into seat tube. I ran into...

Sharing my LCE930 build, had a blast with this bike on the trail. Big shout out to Sandnap for the sharing his build up videos, avoided alot of pitfalls during setup especially with the wiring and motor installation.
