My rattle is definitely pedal kickback noise, I can replicate it by lightly pulling up on the chain. To me this indicates that the dual mesh has failed somehow, maybe spring has failed or the polymer gear has jammed.

Yes, I have checked everything, motor mount bolts, pivot bolts, crank arms & chainring

That’s the first thing I checked when it came up with the fault & all is good, it’s an intermittent fault which happens a few times on a ride, I’m thinking the cable could’ve been pinched somehow on assembly. I’m in contact with the shop at the moment & they are waiting to hear back from Mondraker.

Not good is it, Avinox saying the motor is quiet when it’s almost the same noise as the M1. Have had a speed sensor fault as well. Bike is only 1 week old & ridden in dry conditions.

Mine has the same error on an M2s, only on the second ride in dry conditions. Have checked everything & all seems fine.

Yeah, mine is a speed sensor fault. Happened today only on the second ride of the bike. I’ll be in contact with the dealer tomorrow.

When it does it there is no motor assistance at all & there is no output to the chainring. I can still pedal fine until it finally kicks in, it’ll do it when you need a quick crank to hop over something & you’re expecting assistance but get nothing apart from leg power.

Definitely not the hub on mine, you can still stand & pedal a few strokes before the assistance kicks in. I can hear the motor trying to do something. Will take it to a Bosch dealer & see what they say.
