    Steps e8000 walk mode

Last weekend I was on a very steep and rocky trail and I just decided to go back cause I wasn’t enjoying so I had to use de walk mode. I noticed that in order to get the bike going you can not push the bike faster than the bike is going itself, you have to let the bike do de work and as soon as...

    Yt Decoy TERRIBLE SERVICE

When I was looking for buying my bike I had 3 options to choose which by that time was Merida e160, Giant eTrance and tubo Levo. The only one in stock was the e160 and that’s the one I bought. I believe you also had few options to choose from before you decided for the YT, right? If it is...

    Yt Decoy TERRIBLE SERVICE

By the time YT are finished with all pre-orders a new model will be released and de cycle starts again. This is not for me... 1 week is more than too much time to lock my money for no pleasure, months are unthinkable... ?? I would go for plan B.

Hi guys, Not from Calgary (yet) actually I’m very far from it right now but as I’m looking into moving to Calgary I was wondering, is there good places to ride emtb nearby? I’m living in Christchurch / NZ which is a great place with many varieties of tracks and also bike parks, this is one of...

Shimano steps E8000 vs Bosch Performance CX range

I usually ride in the same park so I have a good reference to compare how fast I’m draining my battery. My bike is a Merida e160 800, trail set to median and boot set to median. Riding on Christchurch Adventure Park it drops one bar on every 4.5km and 300 to 350 m elevation. Ps. I rarely get the...

Hi Chris, I’m having so much fun since yesterday. I even got a day off from work today just to be able to enjoy the bike but I’m already having problem with my wife because she wants to use my bike all the time and I end up having to use her “normal hard tail” bike... About the...

    2019 turbo levo vs eOne-sixty 800?

Hi guys, After reading all the options and recommendations this morning I decided to buy my bike. I bought the Merida e160 and went straight to the park, I was really looking forward to feel what is like the Shimano motor and see if I made a good choice. I must confess I was amazed with it...

    2019 turbo levo vs eOne-sixty 800?

Thanks to all you guys for sharing experience and it is really helping me. I believe will never be such thing like the “best motor”. I think For what I need any motor would do the job very well because I’m looking for assistance going uphill so what I really should focus is to find the best...

    2019 turbo levo vs eOne-sixty 800?

Hi knut7. I really wish I could try the Shimano to have my personal opinion. It would make so much easier to choose because I’m very happy with everything about the Merida eOne-sixty but no real opinion about the main component which is the motor. Thanks

    2019 turbo levo vs eOne-sixty 800?

Hi Karsten. The 2018 are not available here but they have the Kenevo which is 8000nzd (500 more than the levo 2019) but with better suspension, dropper and previous motor/battery.... not bad idea... maybe I’ll try the Kenevo and see if I like as much as I liked the 2019. (y) Thanksss
