Just incase this happens to someone else I've been to my local specialized dealer and the motor wasn't coded to the controller, either that wasn't done before or the calibration wasn't done right or done at all.
So all fixed and working!

Maybe a strange question but has anyone seen for sale a downtube with cutouts for an internal battery and on off switch.
I'm eyeing up modifying a frame i have sadly said frame won't fit a mid mount motor like tsd2z or a battery unless it was under the downtube which I'd rather not...
