If it’s a 2020 it must be an M, a friend of mine had the same problem. If flip chip to low doesn’t solve the problem, keep it in high and put a 27,5 wheel at the back it will change drastically your ride and head angle and no more OTB feeling, even if posts on technic are naturally right.
