I'd say so yeah.. I gave up worrying sometime ago... if my riding experience needs to be lighter, I'll knock the assistance down, pedal harder and lose some more weight
I bought an Nduro 7 last friday, Large frame.
I've not weighed it yet.. it feels heavier than my previous Whyte, but only when lifting over gates on trails.
I prefer the riding position and ergonomics on the Haibike and the Yamaha PWX3 motor is so smooth.
I did a 15 miler the other day with...
From what I gather... Turbo.
So you get Eco, Eco+, High, Turbo (EXPW)
Eco+ is very good I find. I did a 15 miler the other day with 4500ft climbing and still had 3 bars (4 max) left.
Don't quote me! ahahah but yeah, the bike shop mentioned it and I'm sure the manual "leans" towards suggesting that... could be talking rubbish though.. and to be honest it's not something I would mess with as there's already 4 modes
Yeah.. there has to be something in the pipe line.
I know you can connect to Kamoot and Android have E-Sync.. which I think is just a Nav, data app.
Surely they don't think going to a dealer to plug in to find out your total mileage is a good idea.
Reading the manual is like something out of...
So after many many emails between me and Doris - Customer Service Specialist at Winora Group (App owners?!)...
It appears that post 2019 Haibike's do not have the e-Connect function built into them.
This is actually a completely different result to the one I was expecting as my initial email was...
Hey!
So I've bought a 2022 Nduro 7 which has the PWX3 and Interface X controller.
First off... does e-connect no longer work or is it not supported for my bike.
I've registered, auth'd my email but trying to login it just errors with incorrect resgistration.
If that doesn't work I guess there's...
See, I'm not convinced on UK delivery time either.. I was talking to a guy (world enduro motox champion) who has dealing with Hai and he didn't think I'd see it til the end of the year.
I'm tempted.
My local bike shop can't get a Large in until March but have put my name on it.
I've been looking at Haibike's too but edging towards the Giant at present. The Trance 2 looks excellent value to me
We have a Haibike dealer that my mate was going to by his ebike from but they wouldn't budge on full price at all... he contacted Hai to see about servicing etc and they said that any Hai dealer should take warranty/repairs/faulty works without issue regardless of where the bike was bought... so...
Just had the same conversation at my LBS.
The 2 is good for me.. Like shimano and telling the difference in forks is beyond my riding ability... the blue is lush too.
Been looking at the Trance as well.. not much stock about in my size, but awesome looking bikes.
The price diff is components.. Mix of SLX and XT on one and Sram Eagle on the other, diff fork..
The price difference is pretty small, £300.
