So far it's killed the Pinion MGU, let's see how long the cassette/derailleur manufacturers can stay alive. There will always be a place for derailleurs in the future, but a much smaller one?

New chains are 0.00% - If your "checker" tells you something else it is not right for whatever reason. Measuring roller centres is the only failsafe/accurate way to do it IMO. I now use one of these stupidly priced, but deadly accurate devices...

The very best way IMHO to measure chain wear without the need to remove the chain from the bike (new connector link) and equivalent to measuring with a rule, is this tool from Abbey Bike Tools LL Chain Wear Tool Very expensive (for what it is) BUT easy to use and deadly accurate on ALL chains...

Problem could be selling new bikes in the shop would look a bit sparse (less attractive) with small cassette and less gears
