I don’t get why my LBS sent a sales guy to the presentation of the new Kenevo last Monday and it is not presented at Eurobike. Maybe they wait for the last day for a grand finale.

And what is your question? The fastest way to the bike store? Seriously. With all the issues some people had with this motor, I wouldn’t mess with it risking voiding your warranty. It should be replaced if there is something serious. Which looks like it is the case.

Had the same until it completely broke. I had it replaced in 3 days at my lbs under warranty. Second motor is 200 km and ok so far.
