    Fuel EXe Fuel exe purchase

My wife's bike had the same issue. The plug at the remote came loose. Good luck with your bike.

If you haven't ridden a HRP50 and you're interested in the TQ ride experience Jeff Kendall-Weed has a video on the HPR60. I'm sure the HRP60 is improved but it sounds like the ride experience is nearly the same. I think the larger battery would be the biggest difference. The Fuel + looks...

Fuel EXe Trek Fuel EXe Megathread!

Don't know about the warranty but TQ has a document with the error codes HERE. Maybe you already know this, but it states: ERR 04B0 DRV HW Drive Unit mechanical error. Check if anything is stuck or wedged in the chainring. Contact your TQ dealer if the error still occurs.

    Park's CCP-44 worked for me.

Fuel EXe Trek Fuel EXe Megathread!

I have some of the same questions regarding the hardware vs software. I assume the tool is a simple hardware interface and won't function without the software. TQ has instructions here but I'm also interested if you can register as a non-dealer.

Thanks for sharing Mteam. I'm looking forward to your impressions after you get a few miles on the bike. Also, is the dealer service tool available to the public or did you have to take it to the dealer?

Fuel EXe Fuel EXe TQ Motor Issue Poll

My wife's display did that, but it would turn on if we plugged the charger into it. Plugging the charger into the bike would wake the screen. (The charger didn't need to be plugged into the wall.) We would unplug the charger and the bike would function normally until it was turned off...

Fuel EXe Is motor drag normal?

What you've described matches my experiences. I think our minds have been conditioned to decades of acoustic riding. The decreased effort is creating an expectation that isn't being met. Both of my bikes feel pretty normal when I start a ride. Almost no motor drag when pedaling and they...

Fuel EXe Is motor drag normal?

I've had the same sensation when using full assist while climbing. It happens cresting hills and undulations where I expect to get a bit of relief. I have noticed this on the Fuel EXe and the TQ powered Scott gravel bike I own. But as pointed out, it's "impossible" because the freehub...

Trek's website has service data. Navigate your bike and click on the wheel. Then look under the "Service" tab. You can filter by part. For example, the Bontrager Line Pro 30 TLR Boost 29 MTB Wheel - Trek Bikes wheels use 301mm DT COMPETITION RACE® | DT Swiss spokes.
