    Forbidden DreadNought E

I was surprised myself. Same scale that weighed it at 43.6 pounds with the 800wh and stock wheels. Wheels are nobl tr37’s, dt350 hubs. They’ll hold up, I’ve been running the same set on my park bikes for three years. Not sure about the tires yet, have yet to ride them. Didn’t like the schwalbe...

Yup, cranks installed. If one was so motivated, a trailhead battery change is possible.

    Forbidden DreadNought E

Pics as requested, 48.7 pounds as it sits with pedals.

    Forbidden DreadNought E

Hi Daniel, I just removed the front motor bolt, loosened the rear slightly, and spun it up and back.

    Forbidden Druid - Avinox Powered

Note that an off the shelf air shock will also be pretty out to lunch on the tune. The vivid coil tune (for the aftermarket unit, not one off another bike) is not too far out from the forbidden tune. Still not the same either though. I thought the lte felt heavier and more plow like than the...

    EMTB prices are plummeting.

That's one of the ugliest bikes I've laid eyes upon. No joke.

    Forbidden Druid - Avinox Powered

Did you have the vivid tuned, or are you using the standard, out of the box tune ? And 600 sounds light for 220, no ? I would be looking at setup. The Mte is a bit more frisky, but I wouldn't say the lte is really. I’ve not ridden an e Druid on coil though.

    Forbidden DreadNought E

I'm away from home for a few more days for pics, but as for parts, pretty stock other than some oneup carbon bars and a leatt stem. I've got assistance slightly turned up in eco, and turned down a little in auto. Use those most of the time. Comparable numbers to my bosch cx 5, around 1200 meters...

    Forbidden DreadNought E

I'd not hold my breath. It's been my experience that the vast majority of people want to go faster, not slower. And modern geo, particularly forbidden's, is hardly aimed at sledding down a hill. It's specifically aimed at being able to slap the crap out of corners at speed. Back on topic, on...

zs44/zs56 If you click on the headset type on the spec sheet, it opens a drop down with specifics.

Many are gravitating to higher stacks, but still haven’t quite sorted out the f/r ratio thing yet. Forbidden has had this dialled since their v2 bikes. Sounds like ten plus year old geo to me. Which was great at going slow through tight stuff, but garbage at speed. Going to have to be a bit of...

Crestline rs 181.2 vs Mondraker Zendit

Better f/r ratio (1.81 for the cresty, 1.86 for the zendit). More stack. Removeable battery.

Crestline rs 181.2 vs Mondraker Zendit

Greg ain't got no legs, he hasn't rode either one ! :ROFLMAO: . Something to consider is that neither of those bikes has the best dropper insertion due to the interrupted seat tube design. If you're long of leg and looking at size larges, you'll be okay, if a more compact build, you may want to...

Less than 20kg full power E for my short AF wife.

100%, at 5'2" a 29'r was a non starter for my wife. She hated her old alpine trail 7 29" bike. Complained of "beaver buzz" often  . Also agree that the tq60 is significantly less power than even the fazua 60. Great for riding by oneself, or acoustics, but keeping up with even detuned full...

Less than 20kg full power E for my short AF wife.

The wife loves her heckler sl in small, at 5'2", 110 pounds. You can pick them up for cheap right now... Battery life and climbing speed is comparable to me on a bosch 5 or avinox m2s with the 600wh, at tour/auto setting.
