Bikester are back, are the EU logistic delays done ?

It's way better than it was, that's for sure. Still taking 5x longer than previously though. And the effort required is high. Container shipping times are blessedly moving back closer to the norm IME. Edited to add, speaking more generally than about bike parts.

EMTB and Jumps - What's the go??

Agreed, I land 100% of the time. The bike has similar stats.

This makes my day, first thought without reading the text was that must be historical footage. That documentary is extremely powerful viewing for those who've never seen it. Think it's still up on iPlayer.

Yet the prices for all of those components could conceivably have gone up a significant amount, as well as the frame costs.

    Frame Only bike build?

I think you're correct Wayne, EP8 should fit an E8000 frame. I am broadly in agreement, long gone are the days when China was about cheap low quality stuff. They can, of course still do that. Internal standards for China may be different than those needed for export - so I'd expect bigger...

In case someone asks why cyclists take the road

That's not a single lane road. The clue's in the other lane being there, where the driver has put about an inch of rubber, rather than all 4 wheels.

In case someone asks why cyclists take the road

Utter rubbish, sorry. Speed limit is irrelevant, if road is wide enough, car driver needs to wait for a safe opportunity to pass. If road is not wide enough, i.e single lane, I'd hope cyclist would pull in to allow a safe pass, or accept a pass at narrow gap and slow speed. You are correct, a...

E-bikes could be banned in New Forest?

Could also be a symptom of the last 2 years being a bucket of shite?

E-bikes could be banned in New Forest?

No moaning here, unlike the verderers I actually like seeing people enjoying themselves in the countryside :D To be fair, the Purbecks get a bit of traffic, but the Chase is virtually deserted as nobody lives anywhere near it.

E-bikes could be banned in New Forest?

Alternative areas locally which are better for camping and cycling and not controlled by officious arseholes would include: Cranborne Chase north - most familiar to me are Grovely Wood, Great Ridge and the Shaston Drove south of the A30. Cranborne Chase south - Chase Woods/Ox Drove/Ashmore...

E-bikes could be banned in New Forest?

Verderers are pretty specific to the forest though.

E-bikes could be banned in New Forest?

The forest has always come across as an exceptionally unwelcoming place to me. It used to bother me a bit, but there are much nicer places locally which aren't populated by twats. So stuff like this is a blessing in disguise really.

Levo Gen 3 Price rises on Specialized website

In 2018 my Comp Carbon cost me £4250 - got a decent deal as the 2019 was only a few months away. It's now £7750! But to be fair, that's 2 motor generations away, a new interface and bigger battery. Still, that is a bonkers difference. I suspect that due to demand outstripping supply, Spesh are...
