It's second hand and 2 years old though. Warranty? Try it elsewhere but prepare to be realistic if it doesn't shift. You may think it's a bargain but you need a buyer to. Were I in the market I wouldn't entertain it for what you're asking.
Possibly both price and location. I have sold two bikes in the last 3 months, both via facebook. Loads of timewasters, some genuine.

Just bear in mind that the Grip 2 can be a PITA to set up (he speaks from experience). High and low speed rebound and compression - ask for some base settings when you collect.
And I can only smile at your seeming misinterpretation of what I have said. I believe there is a difference in the motors (I have not said anything otherwise) but I do not believe that difference was significant enough to warrant my purchase of a bike with the 1.2 motor over a 1.1.

I don't doubt there is a slight difference. However, marketing emphasises the relative difference (i.e. X % more powerful) and the rider who has ridden both feels the absolute difference (gen2-gen1). The latter did not feel significant in any way to me.

I did say depending on seat height. Mine is sitting 73cm bottom bracket to seat rails with 200mm post. Haven't tested max insertion but can't be much more.
