I am considering upgrading my Meta Power 27.5 (2020) with a 200mm fork and making a long travel rocker link to offer 190mm rear wheel travel. Anybody else thought about this? Would anybody else be interested in a new rocker if I got a batch made? They would look similar, the link would be CNC...
Yup, i'll be doing this, always bugged me that the fork sat really low in its travel! Had mine on order for over a month now, looking forward to getting it installed!

Yea, we're from Exeter and and ride up to Haldon quite often, you should also check out Café side, there are some good off piste routes with some technical stuff and some decent jumps.
That's good to know, i'm going to swap the wheelset over this weekend and see what difference it makes. It's also a H1700 wheelset and I have to say the hub does sound much nicer! Going to order up some new discs as well I think. Tempted to give the new Magura 220mm discs a go on the front.
Thanks for the replies. The batteries now live in doors. They are both quite a lump and the new one took quite a while to warm up!
I think a cover isn’t a bad idea to wrap round the battery, even if it’s just to keep it clean when out riding.

Ah yea, these do that as well although not as noisy as last years model, the rotor cut outs on the braking surface will be responsible for the uneven sounds. Those hope rotors with their even circulator cut outs will sort that out like you've said. They look awesome on your bike and the red...

Had my first ride out today and was blown away by the bike, never had a set of forks ever feel this good! The bike is crying out to be ridden hard and fast, it just feels so confidence inspiring and you end up looking out for the rough stuff just to see how fast...

Yea, the forks were about 75psi when they arrived, I dropped the air equalised the chamber, then pumped it up to 100psi with a few more equalisations as I was adding air. It still sits at 10% but not as sagged as it was when I got it.

hmmm, is 400lbs stock for a Large? The website shows 450lbs so I ordered a 400 on the same day just in case it was too stiff like my last bike. doh!
