At the time, I didn’t know anything about ebikes, except never liked the look of external batteries .,.....saw an ad for free demo ride with pivot shuttle team (never even heard of the brand) the 2-hr demo instantly converted me , then read a few positive articles , great top end components...

My pivot shuttle came with standard Fox 36, 150mm they mentioned it was not necessary to have the E model but now it appears the new 2029 pivot shuttle model has the E36 Fork model maybe it’s necessary with the added travel increase to 160mm

Is there a weight limit? Do you think it can hold an ebike

I too like the feel of Gloveless and is nice for putting around or with the kids but when you go a little faster as I found out and go down it usually rips my hand to shreds. That is why I now prefer full gloves for when I ride.

I too have the pivot shuttle but it came stock with Dt Swiss EB1550 wheels and not sure if it has the soft alloy, but it’s been trouble free for 2000 km. Is the industry nine a better wheel set?

Love my pivot shuttle the most but also kept the unicycle, tandem, fat boy, single speed cruisers and a few old bikes for going to the store. They are all so different yet fun for different ways, The car stays park most of the time. Trying to sell anything seems you have to give it away

Current bikes in Santa Cruz has the Pivot Shuttle and others. Went on a shuttle demo ride and was very very impressed. The 0 down, 0 interest for 12 months made it an easy decision. All of the components are top notch and ride more than I ever had.
