New video. After trying different combinations of gears, it seems like my noise issue is the interaction between the motor rotor gear and the third/small gear. Not sure which one of them are the issue.

I put 50t on mine and it clears (dunno if it will hit when the rear triangle flexes under torque). I was afraid to try 52t (would be cutting it close but who knows).

Can anyone let me know if this motor noise is normal? I haven't ridden the bike at all yet, almost done building it. I've taken the motor apart and made sure all the gears mesh together well, as well as added a ton of extra grease (very little from the factory) but it still sounds pretty loud.
