to be honest, I can't see any deformation on any teeth at all, it does have a bit of play (like, it can wobble) on the axle and I'm not sure if that's okey or not. So maybe I'll replace both of them just to be safe. Let me send you a PM for price.

I think that the axle assembly are the same, but can't leave any guarantee that I'm correct on this information. I've only done comparisons through images I've seen.

No sorry, it was a find from 2 months ago so it could have been delisted. I couldn't find it in my watched list.

I haven't found any source for new parts, still looking for used parts. I've found defective units on Ebay but they still go for quite a lot.

In 3 years actually, got it January 2020. Things are meant to be used.

The bike has done 8200km and has a chip installed since one month after the purchase. Maybe the rpm's inside the motor assembly is too high when you run them limitless so all the grease is getting flung to the sides?

... Or It was a dream until the Steps E8000 decided to devour a cog, check out my thread if you have a damaged or used unit that you don't need 🙃

I have a Husqvarna Mc6 2019 with a Steps E8000 motor. It started making strange noises intermittent until the whole motor assembly started rattling and vibrating. Could not move the bike backwards because the whole unit locked up and it only drove like 1/4 of a turn until it stopped assisting...
