Yep, sounds like the ultimate solution. I’m relying on the acoustic bikes at least for the moment. Maybe there is another thread for this, and for that sorry if this has been asked already somewhere else, but where can you even buy a motor? I see ebay, but anything else?
My Decoy has developed the E010 error as well. During the ride when the bike still worked I got speed sensor errors but they went away. Now it wont start anymore.
I have the PCE1 and was able to use it to look at the motor diagnostics a bit better. From there I see the error is infact E01020...
Now that Shimano requires a login to the etube app, I’m wondering how easy it would be for them to crossreference the market setting on a bike to the user home location. Just my two cents...
Great to hear. I’ll propably take that route then. I made a promise to myself to never buy e.13 again after horrendous experience with their cranks on my fatbike.
Good idea. 34t with 11 in the back should be enough for my needs. I do quite a high cadence due to habit from the road cycling and also dont need to do pedalling above 35km/h...
Actually the issue was the washer which was stuck. It has a M5 hex head which rounded as it is quite a soft material. I tried to get it off by threading it, putting a bolt and pulling off, but when the threading pin reached the bottom of the washer the washer came off. Back to business...
Thanks for the responses. I’m not able to find reasonable XD driver casettes for the 11s that would have the same bailout ring as e.13. Also not possible to go to 12s so I’m leaning towards a new rear wheel with Shimano freehub and 11-46 cassette...
PS Would you think Shimano could change the...
What cassettes are you switching to after the 11s e.13 gets worn out? I would like to go towards std Shimano cassettes but have a couple of issues. First obvious one is that e.13 is for xd driver, so at least I would need to change the freewheel. Second thing is the range. I’m not really using...
Actually number 26. It would help if YT would use consistent naming in the drawing and site. Also they could specify which numbered items int the drawing are included in each spare part kit.
I was checking the bearings. The lower link axle was tight and I managed to damage the end... I can still try to get it open, but before doing so I need to get a new axle. I was trying to find the spare from YT web site but w/o luck. I’ll contact their support but do you happen to know what part...
