I've had my 2020 Levo for 3 weeks now and I too have turned the motor off on the flat and find it impossible to keep the speed up, usually around 15mph so not over the cutout limit. I was surprised at the amount of resistance as my old Haibike I could happily ride on the flat with the motor off...

Lol Gary, how many people have a metal file let alone a vise for holding the adapter these days. If I was still lived with my ex wife I could of set it up in my milling machine and accurately machine it to size. That's just showing off though. Cheers, Mark
