Started with a Gepida Ascard 1000 hard tail with a Bosch Motor in 2014. Now done 7,400km and had no issues. Still has the same 400WH battery and charged to 100%. I used to commute steep hill route on-road to work. Range was approx 40km.
Bought Merida E160 800 in Sept 2017. First shipment into Australia. The bike is superb but had some issues. currently in a warranty claim struggle through 99Bikes, and more especially Shimano Australia. I will expand further if they do no give me a satisfactory outcome and the forums can decide whether I am being fair. The bike has been with 99Bikes for nearly three weeks since just before Easter. I use the Merida for 95% off-road single track and it has done approx 2,500km.
