Tredz are terrible! i got my Kenevo from from them and a problem with my shock. took them 3 weeks to send it away and fix (took silverfish 1 day to fix)... i had the same rubbish ' we're waiting on the supplier to get back to them' and when i finally got my bike back it was all scratched up in...

The rubber guard is still attached if you look closely. Rear wheel was off that's why the chain looks slack. But you might be right, I'll see if the derailer need tension

Any idea how to stop this kind of chain rob?

Does anyone know/have a link to what brake pads are on the Kenevo comp? Need new ones and i'm not sure if the stock are organic or not. Also, can the rotor take metallic pads or would i need new rotors?

I asked them that but they wanted the whole thing back... don't get it! now I'm paranoid something will happen to it in transit

I've also joined the club! Sent my bike back to tredz on Tuesday hopefully I'll get it back soon
