When the P-guy connects to the bike and launches the Bosch Diagnostic Tool 3 he sees the exact model of the bike and motor. That means there's no chance the Bosch software would've allowed to install the "wrong" firmware.

Hello, folks! I've just managed to upload the US firmware with the help of "the guy from P" All went smoothly. Basically he uploaded the firmware of a US-CA-NZ Cube bike into my European Canyon bike. As a result, the speed limit has changed from 25 km/h to 32 km/h which is awesome and is enough...

I'm wondering how did you connect your laptop to the Bosch unit since the latter doesn't have a USB port?
