Don’t use plastic or silicone!!!
Change of stem is a cheap option, does a friend have one with a 31.8mm clamp you can borrow to try?

I’m using Superstar Nano Evos on a number of my bikes. Nice large square edged platform which suit my size 13.5 clown feet.
Ive found my ankles/feet tend to roll off some of the smaller DMR V8/DX style platform pedals.

I ride Ebikes and my normal MTB. My Garmin auto uploads rides when I finish. Ive set my privacy to “only me” when it uploads. Then I can change the bike type to Ebike if needed afterwards and edit the privacy setting so everyone can see it (showing on leaderboards) if needed.

Shouldn’t need it. This is something that you’re capable of in your workshop. Steel rule and sharp pencil and copy the dimensions above, I’m sure you have a drill. A basic Tap set isn’t much to buy either.
A metre of angle is available here, enough for many Rails! But they can cut to length...

They chatted with the Bosch rep a while back, saying that 90-100rpm cadence seems too be a good range for getting the most mileage from the battery.
