Love the bike to bits but software support sucks.

Hi, I've got a 2018 Full-E+ 1 SX Pro and an android phone. Initially ride control shows as connected but wont show rides or tuning. LBS updated firmware, I reinstalled app and re-synched now get bike details and synch doctor shows no errors, but no tuning (greyed out.) Tried with the shops...
