Hi all just checked the battery health after the latest update and the app says 90% after 70 charge cycles .My Fathom is coming up to 4 years old.Is this still quite good as to be Honest it was around 92% 2 years ago
Yep the same for me,I need a bigger front sprocket to get any faster,Turning the sensor and using a magnet is still working fine even with updates and no error
Crazy money, they should be able to offer a refurbishment service.I know bearing replacement is available from a company on here but If the problem is the electronics then were screwed
Problems from my 2019 fathom so far which i have had for nearly 2 years, Ride control water ingress which eventually stopped working so replaced by me, rear hub spring failed replaced by me for only a couple of pound and it eats chains apart from that no motor problems yet
Hi Had problems with this running rough and have taken it apart to clean and the spring clip for the pawls is very week and looks like the end has broken. Can I get a service kit for this or a direct replacement part no. on the hub is MO201805000349. Is there any other make I could fit instead...
I just bought a disc magnet, stuck it with silicone to the crank arm and turned the sensor been fine for the last year with no errors, cost about £3.You will not get more power by using any electronic boxes, all they do is remove the 16.5mph power assist cut out
