I have a 300 mm facing toward the mount and it is 300 mm of cable excluding the cable sleeves coming out of the plugs, so about 350mm plug centre to plug centre.
I also have a 150mm facing away from the mount (for 2 different bikes) and again the length is cable only.
Hope that helps.
It's not at all clear to me what solution you are presenting or indeed what you believe the risk is!
What you need to understand is that the countryside in the UK has a massive wealth of bridal-ways, trails, green roads and public footpaths with historic rights of way for various forms of...
I''m no expert on Shimano motors but delimiting Bosch Smart System motors is certainly not easy. The chip de-restrictors are expensive and not 100% effective and if you can find anyone to change the firmware to a USA version it still has a max of only 32 kmh, also either method will certainly...
That is totally out of any reasonable context BS, I'm not keeping quiet I'm shouting that if the worst abuses are not dealt with the majority will suffer and at least I'm not fiddling while Rome burns!
It seems to me that most of the opinions in this thread are coming from the point of view of riders of mid engine EMTB pedalecs purchased from reputable manufactures fitted with motors that at least give lip service to the regulations regarding power output and max assist speed.
The problem is...
Nice idea, I think I would be tempted to leave the cable attached and fix it securely to something. That way it won't fall out of my pocket or get left somewhere(wouldn't be the first time:rolleyes:) when the PowerMore is connected.
I'm the same height and age though sadly quite a few kilos heavier than you. It seems (according to the various frame size charts), that I have short legs (30" inside leg) but long arms which like you puts me in the between medium and large sizes. I have always gone for the large size which I...
That's what I do with the Amazon thingy but I have lost it from there also.
Oh right, I've got some velcro strip with buckles, should be a bit more flexible for release than zip ties, I'll give that a try thanks.:)
The thingy from Amazon is made of fairly flexible rubber so it does hold in the socket quite well but any knock or brush with anything and its gone. Some Duct tape over it would work but I often use a Powermore extender so I don't want it to be too permanent. Using the extender is the real...
Yes thanks for that but its €40,- more expensive than the single button version (€79,99)and I have no plans to change from Shimano for shifting. I think I will hold off for a week or two and see if they come back in stock, very odd that they seem to be completely sold out in Europe but...
Many thanks for that.(y) Do you know if they ship to Germany? Even if the don't (I have asked them but no response yet), I can have it sent to a UK relative who would send it on so very helpful, thanks again.
