Orbea Rise - Hardware / Mounting (sizes for Bolts, and etc)

Great to see you here! I bought a set of F/R offset bushing for my '22 Rise M10 (carbon). Unfortunately, the rear bushing does not work with the Fox Float X (standard shock on Rise m10). The yoke will hit the end of the shock's stantions. The front hardware (closer to fork) installs just fine...

Long term battery availability for Orbea Rise

This is a low volume item that has changed parts mid cycle. So it would be even less demand (volume) for those with an '22 M10, for example. Why would they do this? What would be more profitable for Orbea, manufacture a retro fit part or sell you a whole new bike? It's a business, their...

Long term battery availability for Orbea Rise

The main issue I have with emtbs is that there are no standards. My '22 M10 is already outdated - there is new battery door, new battery, new range extender, etc. I had to replace the battery door and who knows how long they will continue to be produced? I bought two in anticipation for it to...

Thanks. If not from a gopro or iPhone, sometimes I take photos with a Fuji camera (XT3 or X100F).

How did they manage to make the downtube/bottom bracket look so big with the TQ50 motor. Bikes with the TQ usually look svelte. This looks like a full power variety. Yikes!

Rise Up - What are your upgrades?

I run 160mm cranks and thinking of trying out 155mm (on the analog bike first). I have relatively short inseam and the shorter cranks feel a lot better (to me). Might be just a placebo, but I am more balanced i.e. track standing is a lot easier. Much like any touch item like handle bars (i.e...

Rise Up - What are your upgrades?

I felt like the balance was off with the 160 front with the 140 rear. The front end felt too high and/or possibly the bottom bracket raised too much. I had to slam the stem and add an offset bushing to get it back to where I want it. YMMV

No issues at all. Trailforks says I've had over 55hrs on the Rise since getting it in July '22. I share riding time with a DH bike at the park. I don't take it out when it's muddy. Our trails get wrecked when riding in the wet, so I try to avoid it as much as I can and therefore the bike stays...

Rise with 160mm Fork and Shock Offset Hardware

I would say no. I did make a few changes while installing the single offset bushing, so I can't say for sure. But I highly doubt a change in 0.5* is noticeable, to me at least. It's more of a tool to get your overall geometry to where you want it.

Rise Up - What are your upgrades?

I run/ran MTX Red on XT & XTR calipers on the Rise and Yeti SB130. I like the performance, but there is something happening where the pads get glazed before they reach the end of their pad life. I can't get them back to performing even after cleaning/sanding. But also run MTX Red on my Trek...
