Article The Story Behind the Unno Mith

Thanks Rob it was an excellent video and so exciting to see the DJI motor in something more aggressively designed for downhill/enduro. Are they in full production yet and what sort of numbers are they hoping to manufacture? Also wonder if they will find their way downunder as would be very...

The Focus picture thread and mods made

This just happened to mine, creaking headset and went to tighten it up and noticed that the plastic top cap was acutally caving in and once removed could see it was cracked in half! Just replaced it with a metal one off an old bike and problem solved. It now says GT  on it!

    Bosch Gen 4 Speed Sensor

Thanks for the replies fellas and interesting to see I'm not on my own with the fault. Yeah this is what's happening and you can actually see the speed jump/cycling up and down on the speedo rather rapidly, usually when I'm in the low 20's kph and it seems to settle down once your at a...

    Bosch Gen 4 Speed Sensor

My Bosch speed sensor (I'm guessing that this is the cause of the problem) seems to be playing up. When I start a ride and get into it and hold a high speed, somewhere over 20kph, my speed fluctuates up and down on the speedo causing the motor assist to cut in and out. Seems to settle down...

    Pic of the Day

Big weekend out the back of my place, wife went away for a long weekend so got out and about on the bike Friday (25km), Saturday (40km) and Sunday with the boys for another 40km ride around Mt Beerwah in the Glasshouse Mts. All back to my place for bacon and eggs, coffee and a swim afterwards...

    Pic of the Day

Finally got a ride in after "Cyclone Alfred" came through a week ago. Was a bit of a fizzer in the end and we missed most of it just copping a heap of rain at the end of it. Been hanging out for a ride ever since and got the chance at last on Sunday morning while the wife was still sleeping and...

    Focus Sam2 mullet

Definitely more of a straight down the hill Tonka Truck of a bike, had a Merida before this and was definitely more playful. Had a fair bit less weight with the Merida so had a bit more pop, unfortunately had a Shitmano motor and had a lot of trouble after about 3500km with it. Well over 4000km...

    Focus Sam2 mullet

G'day Bpow, I've got the previous model from the latest (2022 with the vertical rear shock) and that had flip chip on the rear axle. It dropped and moved the axle forward diagonally to be able to mullet it. It also had a different rear brake caliper mount supplied from the factory which...

    Pic of the Day

Sunday ride around the Glasshouse Mt's, small step off and a crash and burn trying to clean that uphill. Best part was, I've had a creak in my neck for about 3 weeks, even been to the chiropractor at great expense. All I need was a crash down the hill and no more neck problems, great when it...

    DH World Cup thread

Matt Jones did, he came so close to binning it on his race run tho by coming up pretty short, he did so well over the weekend and deserves a pat on the back. He flipped it at least 3 times during the event and really stepped his performance up from last year. Good on him I reckon for giving the...
