I cannot give advice but have a similar issue. Specialized Concept Store suggested a medium, I then briefly test rode a large alloy 2019 Levo elsewhere (I have not ridden a medium) so have ordered a large Carbon Comp from Berkshire in blue tint. I am also 5ft 10 with a 32inch in seam at 75KG...
