I have the issue. There is no play you can feel with your hand, but if I compress the shock a bunch of times and then apply side pressure on the shock/piggyback there is a "knack/creak" sound coming out from it. I torqed the top bolts to 17 and the lower bolt to 15 and it still happens

I always have that problem with medium frames, thats why I have a OneUp dropper post that I keep with 190 travel that I can adjust according to the buy. How does the medium feel for you? I personally prefer shorter more responsive bikes vs long freight trains.

It was serviced by rockshox warranty. Apparently its a common issue in 2019 models with some internal bolt getting loose inside.
