I have an appointment to try a turbo Levo this week: but I’m starting to read (in other forums) about motor failures popping up in 2020 bikes? What’s the experience here?

I’ve been searching around for a fat-emtb, but I came across a leftover 2018 Turbo Levo with 27.5x3” tires. It’s not quite the 4” fat bike I was looking for, but for the price.... I’m curious how reliable those bikes are? What do I look out for? Can you get a handlebar remote for them?
