I have been very excitedly waiting for my first emtb for a few months. It is Giant Reign E+1 2022 which arrived a couple of days ago, it's back with the lbs and going through a few teething issues at the moment but I cant wait to hit the trails when sorted.

Same symptoms as you I think. Turn the bike on - showed full battery and Green light or alternately all 5 power lights. After around 30 seconds the power would go off. Could not change power settings / go into walk mode or basically do anything - but the bike was powered and could be ridden...
