Cant help with your issue but i would suggest if you can swap the tcu with a known good one to rule that out or not, anyway if you do need a new tcu use the spesh assistance programme and you will get 30% off which sweetens the pill.

Sorted now thanks. local shop did it and as they deal with spesh they got me 30% off on the assistance programme which did sweeten the pill. They did have to see the bike and reciept though which wasnt a bad thing as they did an update and diagnostic check whilst it was there. Thanks everyone...

Has anyone in the UK used the Spesh assistance programme to buy any parts and how does it work? i need a new TCU for my 19 levo turbo as mine is officially dead ( tested against a known good one). I see the rrp is £160 which strikes me as pretty dear but i believe there is an assistance...

Does anyone know if a tcu can be repaired? mine has died ( tested on another bike to be sure) and its looking like i need a new one at £160 ish . Chances are there will be a few second hand ones knocking around if / when people upgrade to the newer version but thats no use to me now .

I was down for a a new acl and a partial but when the surgeon was in there he decided a full replacement was best so dont be surprised if you dont get what you thought :) im more than happy with what he did to me and you have to trust their judgment.
