Bosch Gen 3-4 motor. When in Eco mode. Does anyone know what percentage of assistance is given to you?? In Turbo, you presume 100% of available assistance is there....but what about eco mode??
When I sign in to the Riders hub to view my ride history, the "Best" section which tracks distance, speed etc etc, only goes back 12 months..Pain. Anyone know if it can be changed to "Lifetime" stats
2021 Turbo Levo:
I put the battery back in this morning for a ride...Wouldn't turn on. No signs of life at all. Battery fully charged. Disconnect the battery and reconnect, it turns on automatically, but when you turn it off, you can't turn it back on...If that makes sense....

You will be covered by UK Consumer law...If you're in the UK obviously. Goods must last a reasonable amount of time. 15 months for an e-bike battery is not reasonable.
Update: Spoke to the dealer who sold me the bike Specialized Concept in Plymouth....took it to my local Concept store in Ruislip....battery checked...need a new one. Replaced in less that an hour....Blinding service.
Just joining the club today....2 months old 2021 model.....phoned the shop...they want to plug it in to diagnose, so that's New Years eve written off then...bummer.
Neoprene battery cover/warmer........now the shite weather is upon us, does anyone have a battery cover/warmer? I had one for my Haibike, but can't anything for the Levo....
