    Avinox M2s rattle

When I saw the plastic(probably delrin material)mesh gear for the 1st time, my initial thought was 》Wow great idea, but why so thin? It looks like maybe only 3-4mm thick. How is the durability going to be, Is is going to last or will it need replacements after a while. Then I thought, well...

Project to enable Bosch + Garmin integration

Forgot to mention in my previous post, but as @slavio already found out, the Bosch Garmin integration only works with beta firmware installed on your Garmin device.

These are the Garmin bike computers currently supported: More information here:

Project to enable Bosch + Garmin integration

The new Garmin Bosch integration is welcome, but is a bit meh imo. It's still not an open ANT+ LEV protocol broadcasting the data. It's only Garmin-Bosch exclusively. You need to pair the Flow app with your device. It is only open currently for some Garmin bike computers and not for Garmin...

    New Amflow April 9 specs

You can most probably remove cca 700g by replacing the DH tires and tubes with trail oriented tires setup tubeless.

    New Amflow April 9 specs

Looking at the RS800 battery dimensions 72x69mm(WxH), adding cca 1 cm extra for the frame thickness and some tolerance and some guess it's safe to say the downtube is cca 82mm in width and 79mm in height. It's probably a bit more in height to accommodate the locking mechanism and battery cover.

Avinox launch 1500w M2S motor and cheaper M2 motor

Dang yes I think you are correct, my math teacher was never to pleased 😉🤟. Will fix my post accordingly. So the potential of the cell format is even higher ✌️

Avinox launch 1500w M2S motor and cheaper M2 motor

Excellent detective work 🤟. Interesting, actually a real custom(all-tab/tabless) cell, so slightly (4mm) thicker and (2mm)shorter than we thought. They really went the extra length to do this. Screenshot of the cell info: What is interesting is who is Ampace or better said who is their dady...

Bosch Gen 5 Rumour - More Power updates coming!

So far Amflow/Avinox is the only one I know of that did a custom cell for an ebike. It's fair to say they used an existing design 46.. type cell and shortened it to fit ten of them into their new battery pack. But like @ntm95 said it's kinda off a dead end cell. It only enables a build of a...

Bosch Gen 5 Rumour - More Power updates coming!

Yeah the blame is on them, not your self. They should edit their articles correctly. Thanks for your help to the emtb community 🤟

Bosch Gen 5 Rumour - More Power updates coming!

Like already answered the latest cells(example M65A) are in the max range of 6,5Ah(slightly better at charging/discharging, cca 13% increase of battery pack energy density). For example a current 800Wh would become a 936Wh one in basically the same size and quite similar weight. Looking at the...

Bosch Gen 5 Rumour - More Power updates coming!

Sorry but we should share correct information. It's not a 4680 cell that is used in the new Avinox FP700. It's practically impossible to build a 700Wh 36V battery in that length(56cm) and thickness with ten 4680 cells, it would be more than 80cm long. Some emtb magazines shared false...

Avinox launch 1500w M2S motor and cheaper M2 motor

Hey @Rob Rides EMTB, a question if you maybe know as I haven't seen any info around. I guess the new M2S Avinox system is still a closed one. Still no third party device(i.e. Garmin Watch) BT connectivity. Except for HR monitors. I know there are two different displays.
