23kg. Ditch the markhor firmware and loaded the Bafang 1.5 750w firmware and set the power profile above and you have power throughout the range even at low cadence. There is no more power cutoff at low speed or low cadence as provided by the markhor firmware.

The firmware setting which came with the bike is bad. It is too sterile and doesn't represent what the motor is capable of. I am not sure if the controller is different from the stock Bafang M560. My Bafang M560 500W has better power profile than the Markhor supplied Bafang 750w.

Yes. It has two sets of yokes to choose from. By inspection, the yokes does not look beefy compared to E10.

Half of 250w is probably the sweet spot. Its the ramp up that makes it feels too much. I ramp it down to Level 1.

Do you have the 750w for this firmware. 1st gen m560.

If i am not wrong, the 25a has different bootloader. The first gen may not be able to flash it.

The bafang app is useful if You want to change ride parameters without hooking up to BESST.

C Can you screenshot from the bafang app? This info is not very clear with regards of the controller fw.

Can you show us the firmware version and does it have massive overun when you stop pedalling?
