    Rockrider E-st 900 changes upgrades

Well, I've had my 900 for just over 5 years now and it's still going strong. Think I've had my money's worth out of it. Another good ride out this morning 😁 Fitted new pads front and rear last week. Considered bleeding the brakes as well, but the levers are feeling really firm now and no...

    Rockrider E-st 900 changes upgrades

Yes, I'm sure my front sprocket on my 900 is a 38t. Forks on the 900 are a Rockshox Judy, which state 120mm travel on them. Plenty of them on ebay, new and used. I would take a strong guess that these would fit your bike stem...

    Rockrider E-st 900 changes upgrades

Hi Buddy, Slightly confused here. Is your bike with the fork issue a 500 or a 900?, as you say you bought 2 x 500s. If it's a 500, have you considered the forks from a 900? These are a higher spec and I've had no problems with them on my 900. I also have a 500 in my garage, so can confirm they...

Haha, just realised I bought my 900 at the start of the UK Covid lock down, March 2020. 😁

Mines had a metalic noise for over 2 years. I just ignore it now 😂

Been a good addition in fairness, as the regular trail I ride has a good few tree roots breaking through the asphalt.

Have you considered a tie on front mudguard? I have had a Zefal fitted for over 2 years now and it's been absolutely perfect. Very easy to fit. Would recommend :) See the back spray/mud on my frame, which was from a very wet and muddy trail this weekend. When I didn't have the mudguard fitted...

    Rockrider e-st900 tyre recommendations.

I'm running Maxxis Ardent, front and rear. Much better than the original tyres. Rear is still tubeless, but I've now put a slime inner tube in the front. You need a high pressure pump when going tubeless, which I don't have. Tyres are way better on mud and wet grass. Would recommend.

Big difference there between old and new. Think I'd best check mine. Ordered a new Slime inner tube for my bike today. I've been running tubeless for over a year now, but seemed to have picked up a front puncture Thursday night. Noticed it yesterday when unloading my bike out of the van, after...

    Rockrider E-ST520

I have never taken any notice of the range on my bike, as I never look at any of the other screens, sorry. I did a ride at Salisbury Plain yesterday for around 17 miles @ 1hr 14min and had 3 bars left on my 900. The display starts with 4 bars. This was mostly steady gradients. When I'm at...

    Rockrider E-ST520

Hi. Yes, I have interchanged the batteries on both bikes, without any issues. I have taken my 520 battery with me as a spare, but never had to use it. 🤞 The forks on the 900 are better than on the 520. They also seem to hold the bike nice with the forks locked, when in the back of my van.

    Rockrider E-ST520

We have a 520 here which is about 12 months old. I am not aware if the assistance can be tweaked. The display is fairly basic. However, my wife gets on really well with it. The only mod that has been done to her bike is a suspension post, which was a personal preference. I actually find that...

Garmin Vivoactive watch. Seems to be OK, but does drop low on occasions.
