I was aware of this when buying spectral but it is unnoticeable, don't hear it at all. I also do not notice more pedal strikes according to my previous analog bike. But in near future I may consider to swap crank arms for 160mm. for me the biggest flaw is headset cable routing and block lock...

are these skid plates that fragile or did you really hit hard? also is there acros block stop by default on this bike? In your video you don't show headset bottom bearing installation.

Just connect these heckler cables together and you will get clean look too. Tbh I prefer heckler style cable routing than ones that goes through headset.

I think canyon got some bigger batch of 800 motors so they need to sell bikes with that motor first to put newer. But is new 801 motor much better to wait? There is no information about internal differences (sealing, gears, etc) between 800 and new 801. Knut first impressions is that the motor...

That's what I was thinking too.. Maybe they (canyon and ROb) didn't get along in terms of how long he got bike or money side.. Meanwhile Sam Piligrim joins canyon team and he is stress testing spectral:on ;)
