Thanks all for the replies to my question. I did what LP88 said and just removed the front 2 motor bolts and it let the motor swing down with plenty of room for me to route the new dropper cable housing. Ended up being much easier than I expected.

Does going from 180mm to 200mm change the Boxxer axle to crown length and raise the front of the bike 20mm? If, so I guess that would helps with pedal strikes and rake the bike more?
