I think you're missing the clasp on the derailleur, pretty sure it's on the derailleur not the power cable or battery.

FYI, I got my Fedex notification way before the bike actually shipped (for the Plaid run). Not a big deal, but it seems the labels are created in advance of actually getting shipped. Just to temper expectations a little bit ;)

I looked it up on Avinox's site. The FP700 is slightly shorter at 558.5 mm vs 560.4 mm for the FS800. Weight-wise it's closer to the FS600 (2.87 kg) vs FS800 (3.74 kg) at 3.18 kg.

How is the 700 feel vs 600/800? It looks longer than the 800, makes me think it puts the weight in the wrong place.

700 can run the full power of the new m2s motor 1500w and 150nm I think. Only battery of the 3 available for the 181.2 that can do that.
