Question for anyone riding a bullit. Has anyone installed a 51mm foffset fork on their bike. I screwed up and ordered a new Zeb Ultimate 170mm that I found on sale... only to find out after I cut the steer tube and installed the fork.. that is was a 51mm fork.. ughhhh ,thoughts .. Thx

Updating this thread to see if anyone has any new info. Would love to get something for my Bullit .

Actually I think it’s a great idea. I was even thinking about making the stick little fender that comes with the Bullit bigger. Still curious if anyone else has the same damage.

Interesting .. no I haven't. I will have to look that up. Against makes sense. But I have had a Bronson, Hightower My bullit and Heckler and never had this issue. Guess I just got lucky with my other bikes. Cheers

Everyone says rocks... But there is not a single mark, scratch or ding on the bike anywhere else. Bike has low miles and is mint, If the gravel and rocks did this. I would only assume there would be more damage like this also between the frame and triangle further below... also on the bottom of...

Frame not broken.. but badly damaged.

But it’s on both side of the frame and triangle. And where I ride it mostly rock slabs and dirt. Not gravel.. weird..

haha I agree. Its hard to pedal with my 165mm cranks when battery is dead..

The Hope crank look nice as with all there parts. Unfortunately they don't make a 155mm for Shimano.. I definitely get a ton of pedal strikes here on the west coast of Canada. Lots of rocks...
