Yes the Amp’d is available in the UK, but it runs different software which restricts you to 15mph. They still feel comically fast.

Something with Bosch SX with a range extender for the big days. Or the Amflow that weighs about the same. Transition regulator, Whyte elyte etc.

Transition Spur. <12kg 120mm XC bike. Accelerates like an e-bike when you crank it, super nimble and descends like a much bigger bike. I was going to buy a gravel bike for fitness, then demoed a Spur and there’s no contest.

Amflow PL Carbon Pro, weighs about 20.6 kg Whyte elyte 150 rsx was about 20.5 last time I weighed one. My KSL is about 19kg.

I wear the stealth version on the e-bike, it’s a nice balance between offering some protection without being too bulky/uncomfortable. It’s fine in uk winter but gets unpleasant on a humid day in summer.

Fingers crossed they’ve fixed the Fazua issues, enjoy the SL, I was blown away how well they rode. Absolutely sublime.

With the exception of Fazua, current motors seem quite reliable. I disagree with your assertion about simpler electronics in 22-24, they would be fairly similar to today. Specilized SL, Levo 3, Bosch cx/sx have all proven themselves to my riding group in UK winter, I’d happily buy any of them...
