Can’t comment on reliability, but spent a few hours riding a Pivot Shuttle with the Fazua motor. Power felt similar to Specilized SL, quieter than SL, much more drag with the motor off so the bike felt less like regular mtb to pedal. Controller is a nice concept but badly executed, felt cheap...
