    Forbidden Druid - Avinox Powered

that's an assumption. and there's things like personal preference, knowing what you like... there's also a 10 week lead time for Avy shocks

    Forbidden Druid - Avinox Powered

I'm going to be running two offset shock bushings in the high position cause I think the BB is too low anyway. But that should give more rear travel clearance. Of course I'll put the shock on with no coil and fully compress it to check. If it doesn't work I have the travel reducing spacers...

Overall Take on How Pole Handled Things?

I've had a number of Pole bikes in the past. E and non-E. They were great. Looks like Pole might be gearing up to make a new bike with the Maxon Air S motor. I might be interested but wanted to get an idea of how they handled the swingarm issue and bankruptcy. I didn't pay much attention to what...

    Goobz Cycles

https://goobzcycles.fr/products/goobz-eclair-l-excellence-du-vtt-electrique-haut-de-gamme Pretty interested in this bike. Figured I'd start a thread since there isn't one yet. What we know so far - Maxon Air S motor (2kg, 620W, 90NM) w/ 400 and 600 wh batteries 160mm rear travel ZS56 / ZS44...

    Forbidden Druid - Avinox Powered

Yeah, deposit in the form of half the cost of the bike. I already have an Avalanche SSD Marz Bomber tuned for this bike in hand, so I'm committed to getting it at this point. It's a custom 210x60mm, with 2.5mm and 5mm stroke spacers to reduce the travel. So can run it at the stock 150mm...

    145mm and 155mm cranks

Going This. Going from 155mm to 145mm, it's noticeably more difficult turning the cranks over going up steep shit. Like Steve said it's basically a gearing shift. The benefit of far less pedal/crank strikes going up or down make it worth running the shorter cranks imo, especially if you're...

    Forbidden Druid - Avinox Powered

I emailed them to update my shipping address and also asked if there were any updates to the estimated shipping date. They replied - "We were just in touch with Forbidden yesterday on these and they are now expecting to have them to us around the beginning of October." "Please note that...

    Forbidden Druid - Avinox Powered

that's a no. the s3 I think has a 290mm insertion length, so it won't even fully take a 210mm one up dropper. looks like that dropper is 305mm up to the collar

    Push 9.1

I did not get on well with this fork. Felt flexy fore-aft and torsionally. High speed chatter transferred more to my hands than usual. It weighed 2910 grams with the 55 lb/in spring. It felt glued to the ground and I'd give it high marks for sensitivity/grip. In contrast, the Flash is the...

    Lowest Stack Height Saddle

In search of a saddle with the lowest height possible. Didn't see much on this across the interwebs so figured I'd start a thread. Measurements are from the bottom of the rails to the top of the saddle. As some saddles have a lower height the further forward up the rails you go, perhaps measure...

Bosch Gen 5 Power Increase Update

Seeing the update coming through for people on various bikes. Not seeing it yet for the Crestline. Anyone been able to update?

    Push 9.1

I recently ordered one. Been on an Intend Flash for about a year, a Smashpot Zeb before that. Missed some aspects of a coil on the Flash, but the Flash made me prefer an inverted fork. Figured the 9.1 would be the bee's knees. I'll give a report on my findings once I break it in.
