Thanks that’s really helpful. Are there any forks you’d recommend if agility is the goal rather than big drops? Would changing the stock tyres make any difference?
I’m 6ft and went for an S5 I wonder if an S4 would have been a better choice…
Thanks Dax they do look good but £7k for the entry model is too expensive for me.
Is there going to be anything in the 4-5k price bracket or would I be better off looking to upgrade parts to improve performance?
Hi I’m looking for an affordable and reliable vehicle to transport 2 adults and three children all with their bikes inside.
I’d like to be able to take it to Europe for holidays so reliability and passenger safety are key.
Any recommendations appreciated.
Thanks.
I’ve got the weight down to 45KG which is about the same as carrying an extra battery in my pack so hardly noticeable. I’d like to upgrade the Brens to a pair of carbon fibre Glocks but the Bren’s were on 50% at CRC and apparently they’re ones that Chuck Norris recommends for dog walker drive...

What tyres are best on wet rock and roots? Not much mud where I ride but plenty of stone and lots of wind and rain.
I was...
Cheers both for the replies. Do you do any other forms of exercise to build body fitness? I find it works my upper body a lot more than I’m used to.
Do you find the riding techniques are different for EMTB?
I’m new to EMTB having ridden normal MTB for years. Any riding tips from those who have made the switch?
In particular tips for handling the extra weight and different riding characteristics.
Cheers.
