    New TQ bike for 2027

I haven’t heard anything specific, but lots of rumors of a new higher power motor. I’d be really interested to see if they do something with the Rise on a new TQ motor. That would be epic. The TQ motor is truly amazing, just underpowered for big uphill tech.

Fuel EXe Trek Fuel EXe Megathread!

Float X and X2 work. I had run it with both. Also ran it with Marzocchi Bomber air and Rockshox coil

Fuel EXe Trek Fuel EXe Megathread!

A lot of people have over-stroked their shocks to 65 mm on the EXe. Everything works great. It will increase rear travel to 152 mm. I ran my EXe at 62.5 mm stroke and it gave me 146 mm travel.

    New 2025 Wild

For those that have swapped the 750 wh battery for a 600 wh battery, what additional parts were needed? Do I need to purchase any spacers or mounting kits? I found the one pictured below, but looks like it is only available in Europe online? I am getting ready to purchase the battery online, but...

    2023 Orbea Wild

From what I understand, The 600 will work. I just need to know which additional parts are needed, if any.

120 Nm update for the Bosch CX and CX Race Announced

I’ll have to report back after a ride. I just got it connected this morning. Next ride is tomorrow if I can break from work long enough or Saturday if that doesn’t happen. The battery is supposed to last longer, but can’t confirm. It is SIGNIFICANTLY smaller than the 840 in overall size, but...

120 Nm update for the Bosch CX and CX Race Announced

Figured it out. You have to go to connect.garmin.com and pull up your Edge device, then for that device, you need to sign up for their beta software. Within an hour I was sent a new update for my device. Once the new update was installed, the Garmin Edge showed up in the Flow app when I “added”...

120 Nm update for the Bosch CX and CX Race Announced

My Edge MTB just showed up. It isn’t pairing either. Everyone is on the Avinox bandwagon. I like my Bosch motor, but if they can’t even handle something as simple as updating their software, they are gonna continue to lose traction to the likes of Avinox. I realize this may be a Garmin issue...

Crestline RS 181.2 thread – builds, reviews, technical info

Very curious how the Avinox motor pairs with SRAM 7 speed derailleur/cassette!! Please keep us updated, especially with regards to any diminished climbing abilities on the steeps.

120 Nm update for the Bosch CX and CX Race Announced

Thanks for the info. I thought that was the case and ordered a new Garmin Edge MTB last night. I’ve been waiting for Garmin integration with Bosch since I purchased the bike. I had it on my Shimano and TQ bikes and have missed it since.

120 Nm update for the Bosch CX and CX Race Announced

I was able to update the Flow app by deleting and reinstalling and also managed to update my CX4. I am still not getting my bike to communicate with my Garmin. My Garmin is a 1030. Is the issue that my Garmin is a 1030? Do I need a newer model?

Crestline x DJI - RS 181 SPECTRE Edition

Would the SRAM 7 speed T-Type downhill derailleur and cassette work with a small chain ring? I see a lot of advantages if you can get the proper range of gears. I am currently on a Wild with Gen 4 Bosch and never use gears 1-3. I think the power and sensors of the Avinox motor with the right...

Avinox launch 1500w M2S motor and cheaper M2 motor

With the new Avinox M2S motor and all the torque it provides combined with the numerous sensors, any opinions on how the Avinox would work with a 7 speed or 8 speed cassette? It seems the motor could make up a lot less gears. This could open up the door for running something like the new SRAM...
