Mission control still works on my 2019 Levo, although they've dropped firmware and service support. Check to see if MC still can work on your 2017 for tuning and rides. I never used MC or the black app for riding.... always used BLEvo instead.

I am convinced Specialized (or their I.T. contractors) don't know how to write good software. The number of bugs that take forever to address is terrible. BLEvo shows how good software development is done.

I got the same message from MC for my 2019 Levo. So I installed the Specialized App, and guess what? It has NO functionality to view OR update the bike's firmware. I've only ever used MC for firmware updates, and use BLevo for all my rides. I'll wait until the end of this month to check that...

Spesh Levo's connect to Garmin Edge no problems using bikes built in ANT+ sensors. Gives speed, cadence, and rider power in watts.

I'm a devoted Specialized fan from 1998. FSR's, Stumpjumpers, and now Levo. Their warranty is second to none.

Yep, same here for my Gen2 Levo. After the first factory reset I got another 9 limited charges before it went back to 100%. Factory resets no longer work. I've contacted Specialized Support and they're aware of this problem, saying they expect an update 'soon' that will fix this permanently...

It turns out my rattle was the dropper post and/or cable. I took out the dropper post for a minor shaft clean and lube, realigned the release mechanism and reinstalled, taking out the slack in the cable within the carbon frame. Really hard to pick this one given it only made a noise while...

Yeah, I get a slight rattle only when pedaling. I think it may have something to do with backlash in the motor's internal gears. The sprag clutch is fine. Rattle happens on any road surface, and goes away when you load the motor up, i.e. climbing.
