My new Syntace x-12 axle finally arrived. My next question is, Do I need to grease the axle as the current one have some sort of grease on it and what type of grease should I be using??

Thanks for the link Panayotis. I've found a UK distributor for Robert Axle Project and will placing an order with them soon. The link you've provide above come with a flat washer. I think my need taper one as it's x-12?

I've checked the DT Swiss, 170mm+ length only come with 1.5mm threads. The Wolf thru axle is very expensive. :eek:

Thanks for your help. I'm not sure if the threads pitch is correct as cube specified 1.0 degree. The maxle is 1.5?

From the back of the axle head to the thread I would say approx 170mm.
