Mine seems good but I haven’t done much more than 10 min steep climbs and I agree does seem to prefer spinning a high cadence.

Just noticed CRC had left my chain rubbing on the lower rubber part of the chain device and it’s already pretty much worn away. Is it possible to just replace that small part of rubber. Should of checked it before.

Little more air in the shocks would keep the ride height up a bit, lower profile pedals will help as can shorter cranks. Does your ebike have longer travel than your previous bikes? that could be the issue.
