Is anyone able to confirm if the hybrid ratchet (24T) is made differently to the 36 for example? I'm a big guy on an ebike and want to find the sweet spot between reliability and sound.

Is there any information on how many motors are failing since the software update? Basically I'm wanting to know if it is the fix Specialized promised.

Hey. Since I got a new phone my 2019 levo assistance stops at 25kms even though I have a planet 3 installed. It worked perfectly before. I have a garmin speed sensor. Im assuming the bike is somehow getting information from the garmin to tell it to stop assisting when it reaches 25kms. Any ideas...
Yeah been using Hopes (ebike specific) for a while now and they are awesome. Definitely help with pedal strike and haven't come loose once. Definitely recommend!

Hi. If removed and returned to stock before taking to dealer, would this effect factory warranty from specialized? I.e Could they tell it has been used?

Mate I have some but the quality is not great. The metal is soft and the thread on them has worn. The issue with this is they come loose now and fall off. I'm trying the Hope ones next. Can only speak for my situation of course.
