Blimey mate you got a steal there! They are kitted out. I just got myself the RS on CytoWork as an ex demo for £4k and I am so chuffed with it. Coming from a Spesh Levo 2022 it is chalk and cheese and I am loving the Bosch motor silence. Have put some DT Swiss hoops, Hope cranks (purple obvs)...
Hi mate, oh still got this? Unfortunately Balfes have started selling off the tq50 at £3295 brand new. If you are interested in a lower price let me know and good luck. Cheers
I’m just about to place an order for one, that does sound like a totally crap app. I’m coming from Spesh and theirs is brilliant so I’m not sure I’ll be loving Fit!
Hi mate I have the park tools one (think it’s a pcs10?) for my 25kg XL turbo Levo and it’s never let me down, picked it up for £45 on Gumtree. Dead reliable even though you think it’s going to collapse like govt policy…..
Could be. I’m a bit of an outlier as I really don’t care about lots of power. Have a Levo and it’s plenty thanks, I like pedaling and I enjoy getting knackered going uphill as analogues still do it for me. But I do have the faff of a chain and gears in our uk mud island weather. So a belt an...
Thanks for the great reply. I own a Spesh Turbo Levo that has done sterling service but has 2k on it so having discussed with my wife/riding buddy she thinks we need a similar spec bike to enjoy the trails together. Getting older want less weight and more workout and I did love my old analogue...
Wondering how you have got in with it mate? My mrs wants me to get her an eMTB so we can ride trails together, nothing serious just flowy tracks and forest trails. She doesn’t care less about anything apart from weight as she has only ridden a Spesh Tero, I reckon the EXE 9.7 is bob on for this...
Hi mate, I’m wavering too! Have sat on one and played with gears but that’s it. My choice is between the Pinion and Balfes absolute bargain Trek EXE though. Cheers
Hi yeah I get 30 miles out of my Levo and couldn’t cope or want less really. The low maintenance is probably going to clinch it for me as I’m sick of mech and chain issues in the mud at the moment. How do you find the 120nM in gears 1-4? Sounds a real boon on the very steep stuff. Cheers
Just Wondering where you guys are with your real world (real 2 foot of mud everywhere uk world) experience on the Pinion still. I’m sending the code in to get my cycle scheme as I type. Hope I’m doing the right thing!
You still enjoying it mate? I don’t know whether to go Haibike 10 Pinion, keep my Levo or swap it for a Mondraker crafty although a reliable Bosch sounds less feel orientate than my Levo? All help gratefully received!
